Meet your Coach!
Trauma Recovery & Christian Coach
Trauma is any deeply distressing event that can profoundly affect your mental and emotional well-being, leaving you feeling lost, angry, or hurt. While it may not fundamentally change your personality, it can lead to significant behavioral changes and a sense of disconnection from your surroundings.
As a Trauma Recovery and Christian Life Coach, my goal is to empower individuals to achieve their goals, overcome challenges, and live fulfilling lives. I specialize in supporting survivors of sexual and narcissistic abuse through education, boundary setting, rebuilding self-esteem, goal setting, encouragement, and ongoing support.
In my coaching practice, I focus on guiding survivors through the healing process of past sexual trauma and narcissistic abuse, especially when it involves a mother. I provide dedicated support to help my clients overcome the effects of these experiences. Combining coaching and mentoring principles with a Christian faith-based perspective, I walk alongside individuals on their life and spiritual journeys, helping them set meaningful goals, overcome obstacles, and align their lives with God's purpose.
What’s the difference between a Therapist and a Life Coach?
Therapists are like the trauma surgeons, ER staff, and paramedics of mental health, providing critical care and intervention. In comparison, Coaches are akin to having a well-equipped first aid kit and the skills to use it, though they're not doctors.
